How can I make a purchase?To place an order online, simply add the items you wish to order to your Basket and proceed to Checkout. You can make a payment with your credit or debit card (Visa, MasterCard, and American Express or PayPal)

Can I place an order over the phone?Yes. If you wish to place a phone order, please call 0203 651 7780 and one of our Customer Care agents will process your order.

Where do you deliver to?
We deliver fresh orchid arrangements to postcodes in London – M25 and surrounding areas. Please refer to our Delivery Information page for full details.
If you are just outside of our catchment area, contact us and we will do our best to assist.

Can I include a message with my Orchid Gift arrangement?
We offer a hand written personal gift message card with each order.
Please leave your message in the ‘Order Notes’ section of our checkout.

Can I change the colour of Orchid from one listed in product details?
Yes you can, please leave your request in the order notes section of the checkout and we will can create a custom colour change for you pending availability.

How long does delivery take and cost?
Standard Delivery (48hrs) £15.00

Where is my order?
Please allow 48hrs for your Standard Delivery order to arrive.

What will happen if the recipient is not home to receive delivery?
The ‘Order Notes’ form in the checkout allows you to suggest a place for our delivery team to leave the items.
We do require a recipient’s contact telephone number to arrange delivery.
Items can be left on the step/porch or with a neighbour at purchaser’s risk.
If you would prefer that the flowers are not left outside then please specify this in the comments section with an alternative suggestion and we will do our best to accommodate this.

Can I place an international order?
Yes you can, we accept all international online orders for gift arrangements destined for UK delivery within our area. Just enter your chosen delivery address in the checkout. Alternatively you can reach us via our contact page if you have any questions.
